Six Days Between Incident and Musa's Death
Musa Ahmed got into difficulty in the water on 22 July. He was taken to the Royal London Hospital, where he died six days later on 28 July, according to This Is Money. Post-mortems gave his provisional cause of death as drowning, with an additional finding of hypoxic ischaemic brain injury — a condition where the brain is starved of oxygen.
Sameeha Rahman and Shelina Rahman were pulled from the water on the same day. Both are believed to have entered the sea to help Musa.
