Meta launches an enterprise AI platform and names former MongoDB CEO as chief.

Meta has launched Meta Enterprise Platform, a new business unit intended to bring its AI technology to companies and developers and expand beyond its consumer and advertising businesses. The offering is expected to combine Meta’s AI models, agents and computing infrastructure, with initial tools including Muse, Meta Business Agent, Muse API and Muse Code for tasks such as customer engagement, software development and business automation.
