IonQ raises its 2026 revenue outlook following an acquisition and launches a new quantum platform.

IonQ reported that its work with SkyWater reduced quantum-chip design cycles from nine months to two months and produced 12 times as many wafer lots over six months compared with its previous foundry relationship.
IonQ said the first Superion 256 unit was pre-sold in the first quarter, although broader customer deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2027.
CEO and Chairman Niccolo de Masi said the revised guidance “underscores both the commercial momentum of our quantum platform and the manufacturing capabilities delivered by SkyWater.”
