Bilberrry Secures Washington State Department of Enterprise Services IT Development Contract Through 2028

Bilberrry, a web design and development agency, has won a major four-year contract with Washington State's Department of Enterprise Services. Northern News reported that Statewide Contract No. 16322 covers IT development services and runs from May 2024 through May 2028. The award gives the company access to work with dozens of state agencies, universities, colleges, and local governments across Washington.
The contract covers four main categories. Bilberrry will offer web developer services, content management systems, and database integration work. PR Record Gazette noted the award also includes accessibility and ADA compliance services, security work, and website design and layout. These services let public agencies modernize their online presence and meet legal accessibility standards.
Washington state agencies can tap Bilberrry's services under this deal. So can state and regional universities, community colleges, and technical colleges. Daily Herald Tribune reported the contract also covers political subdivisions, counties, cities, school districts, and public utility districts. Federal agencies, federally recognized tribes in Washington, and qualifying nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status can use it too.
Blueberry Technologies, LLC — the parent company — was founded in 2009. Goderich Signal Star confirmed Bilberrry is an awarded vendor under the Washington State DES contract framework. The firm's experience in web design and development positions it to handle complex IT projects for government organizations. Winning a four-year statewide contract signals the company's ability to meet state procurement standards and deliver at scale.
