Modon Holding and Nammos Hotels Launch Integrated Resort Nammos Ras El Hekma in Egypt

Abu Dhabi-based Modon Holding and Nammos Hotels & Resorts have announced Nammos Ras El Hekma, their first fully integrated destination in Egypt. The project sits within the Wadi Yemm precinct on Egypt's North Coast and is designed around a Mediterranean lifestyle concept, according to Edmonton Sun.
The development will include 79 hotel keys spread across five room categories. It also brings the iconic Nammos Restaurant & Beach Club to the region, a brand already known globally for high-energy dining and luxury beach experiences, Fairview Post reported.
The Nammos Restaurant & Beach Club will serve as the centerpiece of the development. It will feature private cabanas, sunbeds, pools, and direct beach access. The club is known for bringing a high-energy atmosphere to luxury coastal settings, according to Calgary Sun.
Guests and residents will also have access to a wider mix of hospitality, wellness, retail, and leisure facilities. These are all located within the broader city of Ras El Hekma, which is being developed as a major destination on Egypt's Mediterranean coast, The Whig reported.
The Wadi Yemm precinct is where Nammos Ras El Hekma will take shape. Developers say the location is key to delivering what they call "timeless Mediterranean living." The North Coast of Egypt has become one of the region's fastest-growing luxury real estate corridors, according to Shoreline Beacon.
Ras El Hekma itself has attracted major investment attention in recent years. The area sits along Egypt's northwestern Mediterranean coastline. Its development is part of a broader push to build world-class resort cities in Egypt, Pembroke Observer noted.
For Nammos Hotels & Resorts, this launch is a key step in its global growth plan. The brand has built its reputation across Europe and the Middle East. Entering Egypt marks a move into a new and high-potential market, according to Recorder.
Modon Holding, based in Abu Dhabi, brings deep experience in large-scale destination development. The partnership with Nammos combines Modon's real estate expertise with Nammos's strong hospitality brand identity. Together, they aim to set a new benchmark for coastal luxury in North Africa, The Sudbury Star reported.
The hotel component will offer 79 keys across five categories of accommodation. That relatively boutique scale is in keeping with Nammos's brand positioning, which focuses on exclusivity over volume. Details on pricing and opening dates have not yet been announced, according to Whitecourt Star.
The full development is designed so that hotel guests and property residents share access to all amenities. That integrated model — where hospitality, retail, and wellness all sit within one destination — is increasingly common in luxury coastal projects across the Middle East and North Africa, Goderich Signal-Star noted.
