Cotality Recognized as 2026 Databricks ISV Growth Data Partner of the Year

Cotality, the global property data company formerly known as CoreLogic, has been named the 2026 Databricks ISV Growth Data Partner of the Year. The award was presented at the annual Data + AI Summit in San Francisco on June 16, 2026, according to AP News.
The win caps a remarkable two-year run for Cotality. The company also took home Google Cloud's Partner of the Year award for Data and Analytics in April 2026. It now competes — and wins — across rival AI platforms simultaneously, according to Post Register.
Cotality rebranded from CoreLogic in late 2025. The new name blends the words "Collaboration," "Totality," and "Vitality." The shift was deliberate. Industry analysts say the company wanted to stop being seen as a legacy information service and start being valued as a tech company. The strategy appears to be working.
Just one year before this award, CoreLogic had already won the Databricks Financial Services Partner of the Year title in June 2024. That earlier win set the stage for deeper integration. By 2026, Cotality had built more than 50 data products available across major cloud marketplaces, according to Post Register.
Databricks runs a partner network of more than 8,000 global companies. Cotality beat all of them for this award. The key was a product called CLIP — the CoreLogic Integrated Property ID. CLIP acts as a "golden record" for any property. It lets banks instantly link their own internal data to Cotality's external property intelligence.
Cotality President Devi Mateti explained the core challenge the company solved. "Operationalizing AI agents requires more than advanced algorithms," he said. "It demands trusted, contextual, domain-specific data and analytics that enterprises can use with confidence," according to AP News. The company's "zero-copy" approach lets customers query data without moving it out of their secure systems.
The numbers behind Cotality's data library are staggering. The company holds 5.5 billion U.S. property records spanning 50 years. It covers 99.9% of all U.S. properties. It also tracks 2.2 billion energy efficiency records in the United Kingdom and updates 1 million Australian property data points every month, according to Enid News.
The Cotality-Databricks integration has direct effects on everyday borrowers. Major U.S. mortgage lenders report moving from hours to seconds for property risk analysis. That speed means faster loan approvals and more accurate pricing for homeowners. Real-time tools like the "Cotality Payoff Analysis Agent" now handle decisions that once required manual review, according to AP News.
For enterprise teams, the savings add up fast. Automated data pipelines have been estimated to save large organizations up to 400 engineering hours per month. With Cotality's data now accessible across Databricks, Google Cloud, and Snowflake, the company has made itself indispensable to nearly every major AI platform — a rare feat in a market where rivals often demand exclusivity, according to Post Register.
