Tiff's Treats re-releases its viral Dubai Chocolate Filled Cookie for a limited time in September.

Tiff's Treats is bringing back its viral Dubai Chocolate Filled Cookie starting September 2, 2026, but only through the end of the month. North Jersey reports the cookie became the brand's fastest-selling limited-time flavor and its second most popular overall since debuting in 2025. The double chocolate cookie features pistachio cream and crispy kataifi topped with chopped pistachios.
The relaunch comes after months of customer demand. The Ledger notes that Tiff's Treats co-founder Tiffany Chen said: "We have truly never seen anything like the response to Dubai Chocolate. Since it left the menu, people have been begging us to bring it back. We heard you!!" A 6-inch Dubai Chocolate Cookie Pie is also returning for the limited run.
Dubai Chocolate bars went viral on social media in 2024, sparking a global craze for the confectionery style. Knight Ridderreports that Tiff's Treats adapted the trend into a double chocolate cookie with pistachio cream, crispy kataifi, and chopped pistachios. When the cookie debuted on September 3, 2025, it broke company records immediately.
The response was stunning. Freep reports the cookie sold out in days at select locations, despite inventory designed to last two months. Tiff's Treats was forced to process pistachios in-house to keep up with demand. The cookie became the second most popular flavor on the entire menu after just weeks on shelves.
Initial scarcity sparked a frenzy. Times Record News notes that the cookie sold out four separate times during its first run in 2025. A public waitlist exceeded 10,000 customers by October. The shortage forced Tiff's Treats to expand nationwide shipping by December 2025 to meet demand across the entire U.S.
Strong demand never slowed. Commercial Appeal reports that Tiff's Treats extended the cookie's menu availability through May 2026 before finally removing it. Fans continued requesting the return. Tiff's Treats also launched a Dubai Gold Cookie variant in January 2026 to capitalize on the trend's momentum.
The Dubai Chocolate Cookie pulled in first-time buyers and brought back longtime fans. Dispatch reports the cookie became a major customer acquisition channel for the brand. Tiff's Treats, founded in 1999 as a warm cookie delivery service at the University of Texas, now operates over 180 distribution locations nationwide.
Scarcity and novelty work together. The cookie's viral appeal, high margins, and recurring sellouts make it a strategic tool for building brand loyalty. PNJ notes that globally inspired, limited-time menu items are becoming primary drivers of growth for Tiff's Treats as the company scales to new states including Georgia, Colorado, California, and Illinois.
