Sega Reveals Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Season Pass Two, Featuring Godzilla and Evangelion DLC

Sega used Summer Game Fest to map out Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds content celebrating Sonic the Hedgehog’s 35th anniversary, revealing Season Pass Two plans for a second year of crossovers. After the TMNT pack arrives in July 2026 with Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo, Sega will follow with an Avatar: The Last Airbender pack in October 2026 featuring Aang and Katara and element-bending gameplay effects, alongside new tracks, vehicles, and music. For the next phase, Sega teased two larger Year Two DLC packs: Godzilla and Evangelion, described as bringing major-scale courses and character content, though release dates weren’t specified. Season Pass Two is set to total six DLC packs, with details on the remaining packs expected later. Sega also announced SONIC PICO PARK, a new Sonic-themed co-op puzzle game inspired by the indie franchise.
Sega said its prior DLC approach balanced monetization by making “licensed characters like Pac-Man, SpongeBob SquarePants, and Mega Man” paid, while “Sega-owned characters are free” in Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds.
The July 2026 TMNT Pack is specifically based on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, and it adds turtle-themed vehicles plus a “suite of TMNT-inspired music tracks.”
For October 2026, Sega’s Avatar: The Last Airbender pack won’t just add Aang and Katara and tracks—it also includes “unique emotes” alongside new courses and thematic music.
Sega’s new co-op puzzler SONIC PICO PARK is developed by TECOPARK and is described as blending “the chaotic co-op puzzle gameplay of PICO PARK” with Sonic-themed characters and levels; it’s currently confirmed for PC.
