Street Fighter 6 Plans Arjun DLC Release

Street Fighter 6 director Takayuki Nakayama said Arjun would include a dancing element and described him as “very unique” and unlike the existing roster.
Arjun’s move list includes Justice Beyond, which lets him grab and swing an active Divine Pillar, and Ghastly Interrogation, a command throw that deals normal damage only after the opponent has accumulated recoverable damage.
His three Super Arts have distinct tactical uses: Howling Destruction briefly grants invincibility and is effective against airborne opponents, while Instant Oblivion knocks opponents away to enable a Divine Pillar setup; Yaksha’s Order serves as his cinematic Level 3 finisher.
Arjun’s Yogic Breathing projectiles can be redirected at unusual angles, making them difficult to avoid simply by jumping; his Arm of Justice shoulder charge can also remain frame-advantaged on block.
The remaining Year 4 lineup is identified as Tifa Lockhart, planned for early 2027, and Bosch, planned for spring 2027; Street Fighter 6 is available on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
Street Fighter 6 is adding Arjun, a yoga-based fighter, on October 13, 2026, as the second character in Year 4. The India-born former police officer was framed for his partner's murder and now fights while on the run. Game Daily reports that Arjun uses Bare-knuckle Yoga and yogic breathing to create angled air projectiles, summon earth pillars, and control the fight through traps.
Arjun is built large but stays mobile, and Herald Sun notes his attacks can inflict recoverable damage even when blocked. Street Fighter 6 director Takayuki Nakayama called Arjun "very unique" and said he includes a dancing element unlike any existing fighter on the roster.
Arjun's moveset centers on Bare-knuckle Yoga and Yogic Breathing. His projectiles fire at unusual angles, making them hard to dodge by jumping alone. News Observer reports that Justice Beyond lets him grab and swing active Divine Pillars, while Ghastly Interrogation is a command throw that only deals normal damage after the opponent builds up recoverable damage.
His Arm of Justice shoulder charge stays frame-advantaged on block, giving Arjun pressure even when attacks don't land cleanly. His Indomitable Defense counters incoming melee attacks. Bellingham Herald notes this defensive option rounds out his toolkit for both offense and defense.
Arjun has three Super Arts for different situations. Howling Destruction grants brief invincibility and works well against airborne opponents. Instant Oblivion knocks opponents away to set up Divine Pillar traps. Sun Herald reports that Yaksha's Order serves as his cinematic Level 3 finisher.
The recoverable damage system makes Arjun's damage conversion unique. Players must first build up recoverable damage through his normal attacks. Then moves like Ghastly Interrogation convert that stored damage into real health loss, creating a layered damage strategy.
Arjun arrives October 13, 2026, after Yasmine. Herald Sun confirms that Tifa Lockhart is planned for early 2027, with Bosch following in spring 2027. Players can buy Arjun individually or through the Year 4 and Year 4 Ultimate Character Passes.
A second outfit for Arjun is available through Avatar Arcade progression or Fighter Coins. Street Fighter 6 runs on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The game continues to grow its roster with regional fighters and fighting styles.
