MindWalk's HYFT® Platform Preclinical Data Confirms Computational Prediction for Pan-Serotype Dengue Antibodies
MindWalk Holdings Corp. (Nasdaq: HYFT) has reported preclinical dengue data that supports a computational prediction its HYFT® platform generated before any animal was immunized. The platform identified a pan-serotype denguing target before immunization and found immunogens designed on the predicted target cross-react with antigens of all four dengues serotypes. These results were reproduced across two independent campaigns using distinct immunogen formats and adjuvants. The discovery of this type of cross-reactive antibodies against one serotype can enhance rather than neutralize disease upon first exposure to a second, an unsolved pan-Serotype problem. The HYFT™ platform now anchors MindWalk’s dengeue pipeline IP position within its Biointelligence Platform.
