Endava and Wiz Partner to Enhance Integrated Cloud Security for Enterprise AI Adoption

Endava (NYSE: DAVA) has formally joined the Wiz Partner Alliance to deliver integrated cloud security for enterprises adopting AI, the two companies announced on June 30, 2026, according to Business Wire. The deal combines Endava's transformation services with Wiz's cloud security platform — now a Google Cloud company after Alphabet's $32 billion acquisition in March 2026 — to give enterprises continuous protection across multi-cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
The urgency behind the partnership is stark. The time between an initial breach and the next stage of a cyberattack has collapsed from eight hours to just 22 seconds, according to Yahoo Finance. That speed makes traditional, fragmented security scans obsolete — and is the core problem Endava and Wiz say they are built to solve.
Defenders once had hours to catch a breach before it spread. Now they have 22 seconds. That shift — driven by AI-accelerated attacks — means one-off security checks no longer work. Endava and Wiz are moving enterprises toward a continuous model where risks are spotted, ranked, and fixed earlier across the entire AI lifecycle, according to Business Wire.
The partnership targets a specific weak point: misconfigurations and human error. According to Market Screener, 95% of cloud security failures in 2026 are tied to those two causes. Wiz's platform scans infrastructure automatically, while Endava's teams help organizations act on what they find — turning visibility into real fixes.
Enterprises are moving beyond simple AI chatbots to "agentic AI" — autonomous systems that can run code and access databases on their own. That expands the attack surface dramatically. Endava and Wiz offer what they call "Code-to-Cloud" visibility, ensuring AI agents don't inherit risky settings like overprivileged access or insecure defaults, according to Business Wire.
The scale of self-hosted AI deployment makes governance urgent. DeepSeek-R1 models were downloaded more than 130,000 times in early 2025 alone, according to Financial Content. Each self-hosted model is a potential security gap. Wiz VP Nick Ross said Endava's experience will "help more organisations turn cloud security visibility into action."
Alphabet completed its $32 billion all-cash purchase of Wiz on March 11, 2026 — the largest acquisition in Google's history. Google kept the Wiz brand and committed to supporting multi-cloud environments, not just its own Google Cloud Platform. That neutrality is key to the Endava partnership, which covers AWS and Azure customers too, according to Business Wire.
Wiz already has deep enterprise reach. Fifty percent of Fortune 100 companies use the platform, according to Yahoo Finance. That gives Endava an immediate foothold with large enterprises looking for a single integrator to run Wiz across complex, multi-cloud estates. Competitors like Palo Alto Networks, which reports $8 billion in annual recurring revenue from its Prisma Cloud product, remain a major rival in the space.
For Endava, the Wiz partnership is more than a product launch — it is a recovery play. The company posted $1.13 billion in total revenue for FY2025, a 4.3% annual increase, but its stock fell roughly 75% over the prior year, according to Financial Content. Revenue in Q4 FY2025 was down 3.9%, pressured by weakness in its Payments and Mobility segments.
CEO John Cotterell has pushed hard on AI, saying "over half of our people use AI in projects" as part of the firm's AI-native pivot. The Wiz alliance is designed to win high-margin managed security work. Sixty-four percent of organizations now prefer a single-vendor platform to unify cloud and app security, according to Market Screener — a trend Endava is betting its next growth chapter on.
