Vigo MD Unveils National Telehealth Platform for Personalized Men's Erectile Dysfunction Treatment

Vigo MD, a men's telehealth startup founded by Brayden Zoucha, launched a nationwide platform on June 22, 2026, targeting the 30 to 50 million American men who experience erectile dysfunction. The platform combines daily and on-demand treatment into a single subscription, priced at $198 per month, with no in-person doctor visit required. PR Newswire first reported the announcement.
The launch arrives as the global telehealth market hits $77.4 billion and U.S. regulators have extended remote prescribing rules through December 31, 2026. Zoucha said the company's goal is to make care "more accessible, more convenient, and more personalized."
Most ED telehealth services offer one drug. Vigo MD's flagship program, called the "Vital V3 Protocol," layers two treatments together. The daily layer is a medicated gum — called the Vital Chew — containing 5mg of tadalafil and 5mg of vardenafil, plus Vitamin D3 and K2. It is designed for what the company calls "background readiness," keeping the system primed rather than reactive. PR Newswire described this as a shift from the classic "pill-and-wait" model.
The on-demand layer is a sublingual tablet — a dissolvable strip placed under the tongue — built for faster absorption. The company says it can take effect within 15 to 30 minutes. Patients also get unlimited physician messaging and discreet two-day shipping, all included in the $198 monthly fee. A $0 consultation is bundled into the subscription.
Vigo MD enters a crowded space. Hims & Hers built a lifestyle brand around ED care. Ro (formerly Roman) took a clinician-led approach. BlueChew pioneered chewable generic tablets. The U.S. sexual wellness market is estimated at $14.82 billion in 2026 and is growing at nearly 8% per year through 2034, according to Yahoo Finance. ED drugs alone account for 39.4% of the total sexual health market share.
ED is more common than many realize. It affects roughly 40% of men at age 40 and climbs to 70% by age 70, according to federal health data. Vigo MD is targeting younger men in the 30-to-50 age range — a group that is comfortable with digital-first healthcare and prioritizes spontaneity over scheduled intimacy.
Not everyone is convinced by Vigo MD's formula. The Vital Chew combines tadalafil and vardenafil — two drugs from the same class, called PDE5 inhibitors. Specialists at Georgia Urology warn that combining two PDE5 inhibitors may not offer a "substantial difference" over a single optimized dose. They call such combinations "slick marketing tools" that help companies create products outside standard generic competition and raise concerns about excess dosing if providers are not careful.
On the other side, research published in December 2025 supports daily tadalafil as more effective than on-demand sildenafil — particularly for reducing anxiety and depression tied to ED. That aligns with Vigo MD's stated focus on "confidence" rather than just physical performance. The debate reflects a broader tension in telehealth: speed and convenience versus the depth of a full clinical evaluation.
Vigo MD's 100% digital intake model is only legal because of temporary federal rules. The DEA and HHS have extended telemedicine prescribing waivers four times since the COVID-19 pandemic. The latest extension, issued on January 2, 2026, allows remote prescribing through December 31, 2026. Without these waivers, platforms like Vigo MD would need to require an in-person visit before prescribing controlled or lifestyle medications.
If companies like Vigo MD keep growing without major safety incidents, policy experts say it will push Congress to make those temporary rules permanent. That would end the era of mandatory in-person evaluations for non-controlled lifestyle drugs nationwide. For now, the clock runs out on December 31 — and the industry is watching closely.
